These terms govern your use of starhane.com, including the homepage, the Realtors hub, and the Tyson, upHelio, Lumen, Vantage, and Ember pages (together, the "Site"). By browsing the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this Site is

The Site is marketing material for Starhane, an independent software studio, and for the real-estate products it builds: Tyson, upHelio, Lumen, Vantage, and Ember. Descriptions of what each product does, including any sample calls, mockup screens, or demo UI, illustrate intended functionality for a client engagement. They are not a live, hosted service you can sign up for on this Site, and nothing on the Site is a binding proposal, quote, or contract until a separate signed services agreement is in place.

Product disclaimers

Where a product page describes AI-generated output — Tyson's call qualification, upHelio's pricing and net-sheet figures, Lumen's buyer briefs, Vantage's offer-strategy briefs, or Ember's outreach drafts — that output is designed to be advisory and agent-reviewed. None of these products are intended to replace a licensed appraiser, attorney, financial advisor, or the agent's own professional judgment, and none is designed to send communications or submit offers without a human reviewing them first.

Using the Site

You agree not to use the Site to submit false or misleading information, attempt to disrupt or probe the Site's infrastructure, scrape it at volume, or use the contact forms for anything other than a genuine inquiry. We may rate-limit or block traffic that we reasonably believe is abusive.

Intellectual property

The Starhane name, mark, product names (Tyson, upHelio, Lumen, Vantage, Ember), and all site content — copy, design, and code — are the property of Starhane or its licensors. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use them beyond viewing the Site in an ordinary browser.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figures, timelines, or example outcomes shown on product pages will be replicated in a real deployment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Starhane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Site and its products evolve. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above.
