Starhane ("Starhane," "we," "us") builds software for businesses, including the real estate products showcased at /solutions/realtors — Tyson, upHelio, Lumen, Vantage, and Ember. This policy explains what information we collect through starhane.com and its product pages, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It applies to every page linking to it, including this one.

What we actually collect today

Every "Start a project" and demo-request form on this site — on the homepage, the Realtors hub, and each of the five product pages — submits to a single contact endpoint. Depending on the form, that submission can include: your name, an email address or phone number, an optional message, and, on some product pages, an optional brokerage name and market. We tag each submission with the page it came from (e.g. "tyson," "ember," "website") so we know which product you're asking about.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or marketing pixels on this site today. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with data brokers. Submissions are stored in our database, are rate-limited and spam-filtered on the way in, and are used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, follow up about the relevant product.

What the product pages describe

Tyson, upHelio, Lumen, Vantage, and Ember are showcased as products a real estate brokerage can engage Starhane to build or license — the pages describe what those systems do once deployed for a client, not data this marketing site itself processes. Nothing you type into a demo-request form triggers a live phone call, text message, document upload, or CRM sync. If you become a client, the data handling for your deployed product (call recordings, uploaded CMAs, texted leads, synced contacts) is governed by your services agreement and a separate, product-specific data processing addendum — not by this marketing-site policy. The notes below explain what each product is designed to handle so you know what to expect if you engage it.

Tyson — AI calling agent

Deployed for a client, Tyson places outbound calls to leads and holds a live qualifying conversation, which involves processing phone numbers and call audio, and validating TCPA consent before dialing. Call recordings and transcripts would belong to, and be controlled by, the brokerage that engages the product — Starhane does not retain them independently.

upHelio — listing appointment prep

Deployed for a client, upHelio is designed to take a CMA the agent already pulled and turn it into a price range, seller net sheet, and talking points, with the agent confirming or overriding every AI suggestion. That workflow involves property, comp, and seller financial data from the uploaded document, handled under the client's agreement — not persisted by this website.

Lumen & Vantage — buyer-side briefs

Lumen turns listings an agent is showing into a buyer-facing brief; Vantage turns a listing, comps, and seller read into an offer-strategy brief. Both are designed so the agent reviews and sends every output — nothing goes to a buyer or a seller automatically. Both are advisory only: not an appraisal, and not legal or financial advice.

Ember — past-client reactivation

Deployed for a client, Ember is designed to read an agent's own contact history to flag relationships going cold and draft outreach — it does not buy or broker third-party data. Drafts are advisory and agent-reviewed before anything sends, texting is TCPA-aware, and opt-outs are honored immediately.

Cookies

We use only the cookies or local storage strictly necessary to run the site (e.g. remembering that you dismissed a banner). We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of prior conversations, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
